1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Responsibilities

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on PinoyVIP are subject to the specific rules of each game or market. General betting rules applicable across the platform:

8 Intellectual Property

All content on PinoyVIP — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PinoyVIP or its licensed partners. Nothing on this platform grants you any ownership rights or license to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any PinoyVIP content without explicit written permission.

10 Responsible Gaming

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting PinoyVIP support. Any outstanding balance will be processed to the member's verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days.

12 Limitation of Liability

PinoyVIP is not liable for losses arising from: network interruptions outside the platform's control, delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions, incorrect information provided by the member during registration, or losses resulting from gambling activity generally.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While PinoyVIP invests heavily in platform stability and security, no online service can guarantee 100% uptime. 13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
